This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced plant operator to take responsibility for day-to-day site activities, lead a team of recycling operatives, and operate a range of heavy plant and machinery within a busy recycling facility. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of recycling operatives. Take ownership and responsibility for day-to-day site activities. Operate plant machinery across the recycling facility. Operate large crane systems safely and efficiently. Operate a range of other heavy plant and machinery. Assist with the training and development of junior team members. Assist with loading and unloading vehicles. Operate and assist with site balers. Carry out machinery inspections and report any faults or maintenance requirements.
