Lead Planner

Job title: Lead Planner Job Type: PermanentStart date: Subject to clearanceSalary: 80,000 - 85,000 pa + Car Allowance + Benefits Location: Southwark, LondonHours of work: 45 Hours Per Week - Onsite 5 days per week The Role: Provide support to the project management team through the provision of an efficient and effective planning, scheduling and project performance reporting function for client project. Main Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Prepare a resourced programme, including reviewing the outcome for conformance with expectations and requirements. Prepare visual material in support of planned methods and undertake programme risk analysis Provide a link to communicate planning community information between all parties Define methods and establish competitive outputs, in consultation with other team members, including the supply chain in appropriate circumstances Cooperate with the design engineer to establish a design brief for temporary works Able to introduce change into a programme and monitor progress within the working programme Planning of required temporary works design activities together with Temporary Works Manager to ensure design is finished and approved when construction need to start Provide the project with a justified schedule of temporary works and other indirect cost items Advise project team of required feedback reports and support Early programming to enable proper coordinated interface management Ensure evaluation of ..... full job details .....
