      <description>Location: Leeds | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | Our client, a major player in the construction industry, is currently seeking a Lead Planner with M&amp;E expertise to join their Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) team. This permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects that support the transition to a more sustainable future.   Key Responsibilities:    Develop and maintain fully logic-linked project programmes from inception through to completion  Manage integrated master programmes across multiple concurrent projects  Produce and maintain cost-loaded and resource-loaded schedules  Monitor progress, identify critical path risks and develop recovery plans where required  Support NEC3/NEC4 contract administration, compensation events, and programme impact assessments  Lead programme reviews and provide planning expertise to project teams and stakeholders  Deliver accurate programme reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis  Challenge project teams and subcontractors to improve programme certainty and delivery outcomes    Job Requirements:    Experience within Energy Performance Contracting, decarbonisation, M&amp;E, or building services projects  Advanced user of Asta Powerproject and Primavera P6  ...</description>
