Your responsibilities as a Lead Planner will be:
- Lead and support our team of resource planners, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of scheduling and resource allocation
- Help shape and deliver a responsive and customer-focused repairs service
- Use data and performance metrics to drive service improvements and increase efficiency
