The successful candidate will lead performance analysis activities, helping stakeholders make informed decisions through robust data analysis, reporting, and insight generation. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of performance measurement frameworks. Define, monitor, and report on KPIs and service performance metrics. Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders and delivery teams. Drive evidence-based decision-making across digital and operational services. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including product, delivery, research, and technical specialists. Produce high-quality dashboards, reports, and presentations. Promote best practice in performance analysis and continuous improvement. Essential Skills andamp; Experience Extensive experience working as a Performance Analyst in large, complex environments.
