This is a hands-on position where you will take responsibility for the full surveying process, from initial site inspection through to reporting and supporting project pricing. The role would suit an experienced Passive Fire Surveyor who is comfortable dealing with clients, coordinating surveys and providing technically accurate reports. Responsibilities Carry out fire compartmentation, fire stopping and fire door surveys Oversee and coordinate passive fire surveys across multiple sites Identify defects and non-compliant installations Produce detailed survey reports and recommendations Review findings against relevant regulations, standards and manufacturer guidance Prepare survey information to support quotations and project pricing Coordinate survey programmes, RAMS, labour and equipment Attend client meetings and site visits Investigate non-conformances and maintain accurate records Support and mentor other surveyors where required Assist with tenders and wider business development opportunities Ensure works remain compliant ...
