Lead Paediatric Nurse - Complex Care Location: Hybrid WorkingSalary: Up to £40,000 per annumJob Type: Full-Time, PermanentHours: 37.5 hours per week About the Role As the Lead Paediatric Nurse, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight for a caseload of children with complex medical needs, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered safely and effectively. Working within a hybrid model, you will balance clinical, operational, and leadership responsibilities, supporting care teams, conducting assessments, developing care plans, and liaising with multidisciplinary professionals and family members. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the delivery of high-quality complex care services for children and young people.Conduct clinical assessments, reviews, and risk assessments.Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and training to care teams.Ensure compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding requirements, and clinical governance frameworks.Build strong relationships with families, healthcare professionals, commissioners, and external stakeholders.Participate in regular quality assurance audits and service improvement initiatives.Support with service development and contribute to the growth of the complex care division.
