Career-makers Recruitment-are looking for a-"Team Leader"-for our client in the-Trafford park, M17-area.
Shift:-Monday - Friday 2 pm - 10 pm
Pay rate:--13.77 per hour a
Key Responsibilities would be:
- Lead and organise each packing shift to ensure the production targets are met
- Supervise and train packer to follow the companies operating process
- be responsible for updating the production board and handing over to the next shift
- highlight any production quality or equipment issues to the injection mould tool setters.
- make sure the factory is clean and tidy at the end of each shift
- work with factory manager or improvement projects and ideas.
The candidate should:
- Have knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Able to work under pressure and with deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Understand importance of overtime, especially in Peak Time
- Flexible on days and shift worked throughout the week including weekends.
- Hard working & enthusiastic
- Able to create a positive work environment.
