Including construction sequence strategy, scope analysis, identification of scope gaps, production of documentation for procurement, liaising with designers, value engineering proposals for improvement of design. ACCOUNTABILITIES Works entrusted will be managing of a Work Package - including Structural Steel or Envelope elements of the Conventional Station/Roofing/Associated assets This will include managing or supporting but not limited to the following: Ensuring a safe, healthy, environmentally sound delivery of all works entrusted. Day-to-day management of package, leading a team of two APMs Working with the package design management team and the subcontractor to deliver the subcontract design portion of the works.
