The Planning Lead is responsible for embedding structured planning processes, improving programme quality, and ensuring that planning outputs provide a single version of the truth to support effective delivery and decision-making. Main responsibilities will be portfolio planning and control, programme standardisation, programme quality and assurance, reporting and portfolio insight, planning process ownership, stakeholder engagement, team leadership and coordination and continuous improvement.
