Lead Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant - Core HR, ORC, Talent, Learning and HR Help Desk

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Lead Consultant to support a large-scale Oracle Fusion HCM implementation for a high-profile organisation in Staffordshire. The role will involve leading functional delivery, solution design, stakeholder engagement, workshops and implementation activities across Oracle Fusion HCM. SC or NPPV3 clearance is preferred We are particularly interested in consultants with strong experience across Core HR and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), as well as Talent, Learning and HR Help Desk. Key Responsibilities Lead functional delivery across Oracle Fusion HCM implementations. Design scalable Oracle Fusion HCM solutions aligned with business requirements. Lead client workshops, requirements gathering and solution discussions. Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. Provide functional leadership throughout the implementation life cycle. Support configuration, testing, deployment and production readiness activities. Translate business requirements into effective Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. Provide guidance and mentoring to other functional consultants. Support issue resolution and ensure successful delivery against project objectives.
