We are currently recruiting for a Shift Lead to oversee the night shift for one of the town''s most well-established firms. This is a hands-on shift lead role where you will support the day-to-day running of production equipment, assist with processing orders, and help maintain a safe and efficient manufacturing environment. Hours are permanent nights, Monday-Thursday, 20:00-06:00. There is an excellent shift premium which further boosts your salary. Duties will include: Operating manufacturing and distillation equipment in line with safety procedures Assisting with start-up and shutdown of plant machinery Carrying out routine checks, housekeeping, and basic maintenance Monitoring production processes and completing quality checks and sampling Oversee the personnel on the night shift Maintaining high standards of hygiene, housekeeping, and safety Skills required: Previous experience in a production environment is desirable but not essential Good attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude Proven leadership experience ...
