Power BI experience would be usefulIntegrations and interfaces Key elements would be an understanding of the Total Mobile Cloud Dialogues API, Azure (Storage Explorer) and SharePoint EDM.CX User TrainingManaging upgrades, ideally 25.x (version that supports the Customer Portal)Customer Portal Also, must have some understanding of the following: AssetsFunctional unitsUsers and RolesContact groupsSystem schedulesArrears policiesAn understanding of allocations would also be useful.
