This contract will support the ongoing development and optimisation of housing asset management systems, ensuring high quality asset data, reporting and system integrations. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the CX Asset Management function. Manage housing asset management information including stock condition data, SAVA surveys and EPC information. Support planned and completed maintenance records. Maintain equipment and asset information. Provide guidance around Decent Homes requirements. Support compliance monitoring and asset forecasting.
