Lead Occupational Health Advisor

I am looking for a Lead/Senior Occupational Health Advisor. This exciting role involves providing clear professional advice to managers and employees of one of our major our clients, as well as managing and providing professional leadership to the onsite clinical team. The post-holder will support the Clinical Operations Manager in leading and advancing clinical practice in accordance with Health Partners protocols, best practice, and relevant legislation. Additionally, the role encompasses delivering a full Occupational Health remit in line with the client contract, which includes providing consultations, advice, education, medical assessments, and conducting drug and alcohol testing where appropriate. What you''ll be doing: Conduct independent medical assessments, either by telephone or face to face and providing a quality report back to the referring manager. Carrying out health surveillance and fitness for work assessments in line with Health Partners policies and procedures and issue appropriate fitness certificates. Maintain appropriate records and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and clinical protocols. Provide day to day management, support, and clinical supervision to the onsite clinical team. Create and maintain a positive and supportive team culture with the onsite clinical team, supporting and demonstrating the company values.
