Lead NPI Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Lead New Product Industrialisation Engineer to drive the transition of new product designs from concept through to full-scale manufacturing. This role sits at the intersection of RandD and manufacturing, ensuring products are designed and launched with efficient, scalable production processes. You will lead the industrialisation phase of product development, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches. Key Responsibilities Lead the industrialisation phase, managing the transfer of products from design to production. Work with engineering teams to ensure designs are optimised for manufacturability and cost efficiency. Coordinate cross-functional teams including RandD, manufacturing, quality, and sourcing. Develop, document, and validate manufacturing processes to meet quality and performance requirements. Lead the execution of new product launches into production. Provide technical expertise on manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in manufacturing processes. Resolve technical challenges and manage dependencies across product development. Maintain clear and accurate project and technical documentation. Ensure manufacturing and supply chain considerations are integrated throughout the development process.
