Given the increased complexity of our larger stores, our Lead Night Manager will be accountable for all night planning and execution of activity. As part of the leadership team, you''ll work a rolling rota and 4 nights over 7 including weekend working. You will be solely responsible for the store through the night, and therefore you''ll need to be confident in overseeing operation as a whole where store is open 24 hours.
