Working hours 06:30am - 7:00pm on a panama shift pattern The Position: Serve as the first point of contact for forklift drivers during shifts, training, mentoring and offering guidance and support. Monitor yard activities to ensure compliance with health and safety standards; report unsafe behaviour or near-miss incidents. Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to load, unload and transport produce and materials safely. Ensure loads are secure and protect people, buildings, and machinery and move bins, pallets, trays and materials across site and place them neatly in the correct location. Stack bins, pallets and trays safely and to the correct height as instructed. Use ramps safely for loading and unloading trays, big bags, and garlic.
