Lead Mobile Engineer

We are seeking an experienced

Lead Mobile Engineer

to support our clients in the strategy, development, and execution of mobile applications across platforms. This role will have different responsibilities depending on the project needs, which may include:Leading a team of talented engineers and collaborating with product, design, and other cross-functional teams to deliver world-class mobile experiences.Proposing technical architectures for new or evolving applications.Leadership and Strategy

Serve as a mobile technology expert and advocate across the company.Maintain knowledge of the latest technical trends.Stay informed about market trends in mobile products.Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing mobile engineering team.Drive best practices in coding, architecture, security, and performance across mobile platforms.Delivery and Execution

Oversee development, deployment, and maintenance of mobile applications.Maintain a quality-driven approach to app stability, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software using agile methodologies.Partner with Product Management and Design to scope features and set technical direction.Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with backend and web teams for API integration and user experience consistency.Deep knowledge of REST / GraphQL is a plus.Innovation and Growth

Stay current with industry trends and assess emerging technologies for future strategy.Drive initiatives like talks, workshops, etc., around mobile.Qualifications include:Proven experience (10+ years) in mobile engineering, with at least 3 years in leadership.Deep expertise in native iOS (Swift) and/or Android (Kotlin), with knowledge of other frameworks like React Native, Flutter, KMP/CMP being a plus.Experience leading teams in high-growth or consumer-facing companies.Strong understanding of mobile architecture, design patterns, and platform guidelines.Track record of delivering scalable mobile apps for millions of users.Excellent communication skills in English and strategic thinking.Preferred qualifications include familiarity with cross-platform frameworks, DevOps, CI/CD, and analytics.We offer competitive salaries, flexible work arrangements, generous holidays, profit sharing, health benefits, professional growth opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.At Mindera, we use technology to build impactful products with a passionate team.
