We''re looking for a Lead Media Engineer to act as the L2/L3 escalation point for a client-facing support team, owning QC/transcode platform configuration and designing end-to-end media workflows for onboarding new customers.Requirements Deep working knowledge of media workflows - Media Asset Management (MAM such as Delat / Cinergy etc), work order management, content fulfilment (ideally Fabric Insights/TMTInsights), transcoding and QC - at a hands-on, configuration level (such as Telestream). Hands-on configuration of QC and transcode profiles (e.g. Telestream Vantage, Telestream Qualify or equivalent QC SaaS, AWS MediaConvert). Experience designing and standing up end-to-end media workflows, including onboarding new customers or platforms from scratch.
