Lead Mechanical Project Mangaer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Mechanical Project Manager to join a growing project delivery team at the start of the construction of one of the largest hyperscale data centre schemes in the UK - A 140 MW scheme! This role will take responsibility for the operational delivery of the Mechanical (HVAC) packages from pre-construction/ Scope/ Procurement/ validation of subcontractors and ultimately to commissioning and handover. The successful candidate will have experience delivering complex building services installations and coordinating multidisciplinary teams on fast-paced projects and importantly experience in handling as a single discipline electrical project values of 30 + million within a project cost This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Senior Project Manager looking to work on large-scale mission critical, commercial or infrastructure projects. If you have experience of cooling withing the Data centre space this would be advantageous Key Responsibilities Manage the delivery of Mechanical packages from pre con to award and through to completion. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal delivery teams. Manage project planning, sequencing and progress reporting. Chair and attend client, subcontractor and coordination meetings. Oversee procurement schedules and material management. Manage technical queries, RFIs and design coordination. Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements.
