This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced mechanical engineer with a strong facilities maintenance background to take responsibility for the mechanical services across four care home facilities throughout North and East London. Requirements NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671). Proven experience in a similar Lead Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Supervisor or Facilities Maintenance role. Strong facilities maintenance and building services background. Good knowledge of PPM, reactive maintenance and mechanical systems. Experience managing engineers, contractors and subcontractors. Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills. Full UK driving licence. Comfortable working as a mobile engineer across multiple locations. Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day mechanical maintenance across four care home facilities in North and East London.
