Circa £55,000What you’ll be doing:Review combat designs and provide Mechanical design feedback (Structural, Thermal and Hydraulic) in the Naval/Marine domainTake ownership of specific Mechanical design issues and manage Integrated Combat SystemsLiaise with internal and external stakeholders while managing updates and design inputsProduce CS Mechanical design interface informationPerform engineering calculations and generate associated test specifications and proceduresProduce Engineering Drawings in FORAN/CADS5/Visio to BS 8888Your skills and experiences:Essential:Hydraulic / Pneumatic Systems Engineering experienceDegree or HND qualified with experienceChartered or working towards CharteredDesirable:Defence Standard knowledge/ExperienceBenefits:As well as a competitive pension scheme, BAE Systems also offers employee share plans, an extensive range of flexible discounted health, wellbeing and lifestyle benefits.
