Title: Lead Marketing Strategist

Location: London, UK (Full-Time, In-Office 5 days a week)

As Marketing Strategist at Roc Nation Sports International (RNSI), you will be the Marketing lead on our athlete and consulting client accounts, developing and delivering strategies that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and commercial outcomes. This is a mid-weight, hands-on role, ideal for someone with around five years’ experience who thrives on both shaping the big picture and getting into the detail of campaign execution. You will craft strategy decks, lead campaign planning, write and present proposals, and work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure work lands with impact. You will not directly manage a team but will act as the central driver of marketing strategy and delivery for your assigned projects, working reporting directly into the CMO.

Key Responsibilities:

Works with Head Of Content day-to-day on all projects and creative and attends video and photo shootsCoordinates and executes mid-funnel productions from shoot through post production, i.e. execution of player capture, behind the scenes, etc.Creates video content for clients and edits utilising footage, as requiredUpdates and distributes content and assets to clients as instructedResponsible for project content production directed by Head of ContentProvides creative resource presentation assetsProvides production support for the video content production teamEdits and crafts content pieces as per requiredWorks to brand guidelines for consulting clients and for our own channels as per required

Qualifications:

3+ years of related experience with a strong background working on video projects, particular experience with editing and post-production.3-5 years of experience within the Sports and Entertainment Marketing fieldsExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsMust be comfortable traveling into the office 5 days a weekMust have relevant Right to work UK visa statusAbility to translate creative ideas into creative contentAbility to understand and execute on briefs and requirementsInterest and knowledge in professional sports, football and the context around itStrong ability to manage edits with attention to detailExcellent communication skills and comfort leading discussions as needed with internal and external clientsAbility to focus, stay on task and meet production deadlinesAdvanced level skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro Essential, other products and working knowledge is keyExperience with filming and video camera set-upsExperience with photography and photographic post-productionExperience sizing and formatting videos for online, digital and social
