You will lead analytical strategy across supply, operations, and marketing performance, helping shape how a major ecommerce brand scales its customer proposition and operational efficiency. The business has grown from a founder-led start-up into a multi-site global operation, backed by investment and now entering a significant transformation phase. With a blend of marketplace sales and a thriving direct-to-consumer offering, they are focused on improving supply, fulfilment, and customer experience through data. The Role As Lead Marketing Analyst, you will: Drive analytics across supply, operations, and demand, supporting decisions around stock availability, supplier behaviour, fulfilment routes, and customer impact. Run A/B testing and experimentation to identify opportunities for operational and commercial optimisation. Deliver insights on cost efficiency, including postage, shipping, and fulfilment performance. Analyse the effectiveness of marketing and trading activity, feeding recommendations into senior stakeholders.
