Lead Manufacturing Technician

You will help build, test and improve advanced electromechanical products while leading a team of technicians to deliver quality, safety and productivity targets.This is an excellent opportunity to combine technical expertise with team leadership, working closely with engineering and production teams in a fast-growing technology business.Responsibilities- Leading and supporting a team of manufacturing technicians- Building, testing, repairing and upgrading electromechanical equipment- Driving quality, safety and continuous improvement initiatives- Troubleshooting manufacturing and product issues- Developing and improving assembly processes and documentation- Supporting technician training and skills development- Helping deliver production targets in a fast-paced environmentRequirements- Experience in a manufacturing or production technician role- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience- Strong electromechanical assembly and fault-finding skills- Ability to read engineering drawings and electrical schematics- A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail- Full UK driving licencePlease contact us as soon as possible for more details or apply below!
