Lead Maintenance TechnicianSalary: 30,284.80 - 34,860.80 depending on experienceContract Type: Permanent, Full-TimeStart Date: August 2026A brand-new specialist education setting is opening in Autumn 2026, and we are seeking a skilled and proactive Lead Maintenance Technician to play a key role in preparing and maintaining the site from the very beginning.This exciting new provision will support children and young people aged 5-19 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, creating a safe, nurturing and aspirational environment where every learner can thrive.The RoleReporting to the School Business Manager, you will take responsibility for the maintenance, safety, and presentation of the school buildings and grounds.
