Lead Maintenance Engineer

Lead Site Engineer Chesterfield 61,000 per year TXM Recruit are partnering with a leading, Global Intralogistics business who specialise in the design, development and maintenance of highly automated systems as they search for a Lead Site Engineer to join the team. The responsibility of the Lead Site Engineer will be a mixture of managing stakeholders, leading a small team, CMMS management as well as helping with maintenance tasks within a fast-paced environment. Shift Pattern:Monday - Friday ShiftDouble Days6am - 2pm/2pm - 10pm rotating weeklyKey Responsibilities:Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance tasks across the site, as well as contributing to continuous improvement tasks.Performing electrical and mechanical maintenance on automated systems.Mechanical maintenance tasks such as the strip-down and re-assembly of equipment, replacement of components and re-lacing of belts for example.Electrically, you will be responsible for electrical testing using a multi-meter, interpreting electrical diagrams and symbols to support identification of faults and work up to 480v.Managing CMMS and all maintenance allocation.Stakeholder management.Lead a small team whilst promoting and building customer relations.Tracking budgets.KPI tracking. Skills and Qualifications Required:Completed an apprenticeship in an Electromechanical discipline to a minimum standard of NVQ level 3.Experience of Automated Systems.HNC/HND NVQ Level 5 Desirable.Understanding of a WMS or WCS system ..... full job details .....
