This role promises not just a job, but a career path filled with growth and learning opportunities in a forward-thinking company.Salary: £45 - 49KShifts: 6am - 2pm, Mon - Fri / 37.5 hours per weekWhat You Will Do:Perform maintenance on a variety of machinery, including compressors, pumps, HVAC systems and robots.Follow planned maintenance schedules in non-production times and reactive maintenance to support production on machine breakdowns electrical and mechanical.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance site performance.Support the ongoing improvement of machinery and installation of new equipmentAs Lead Maintenance Engineer You Will Bring: A strong mechanical skill set and electrical fault findingExperience with maintenance of 3 phase equipment drives, and motors etcRobot experience is advantageousCandG or NVQ equivalent level 3 mechanical or electricalA big plus if you have PLC experience, not essential though You will have current or recent experience as multi-skilled maintenance engineer, maintenance technician, maintenance supervisor, maintenance engineer, maintenance fitter, shift engineer, maintenance team leaderIn Return: Excellent working environment joining a well-trained and ..... full job details .....
