Lead Machine Learning Engineer - £575 - Inside IR35 - Central London RecOps is partnered with a leading consultancy to support an AI/Machine Learning project for one of their end clients in the insurance sector. This role is up to £575 per day, inside IR35, hybrid in Central London once per week. Key Skills required: Strong commercial experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, AI Engineer or Python-focused ML Engineer. Excellent Python skills, including OOP, async programming, design patterns, decorators and writing clean, maintainable code. Experience building, testing and deploying production-grade AI/ML solutions. Strong understanding of machine learning and GenAI. Understanding of LLM security and reliability. Experience with testing (ideally using pytest), MLOps, CI/CD, model versioning and monitoring. Experience with cloud platforms; Docker and Kubernetes.
