This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the organisation''s internal quality assurance processes, ensuring assessment practices remain fair, consistent and compliant with awarding body requirements. You will play a pivotal role in driving quality improvement, supporting assessors and IQAs, and maintaining high standards across engineering apprenticeship and technical training programmes. Working closely with the wider quality team, you will champion best practice, lead standardisation activities and help embed a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.
