About the Role: They are seeking an experienced Lead Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) to oversee and maintain internal quality assurance processes across their training and assessment provision. The successful candidate will ensure that assessment decisions are fair, valid, reliable, and consistent, while maintaining compliance with awarding organisation requirements, including EAL, City and Guilds, ECITB, TWI, JTL (CompEx), and Pearson Edexcel Higher National Programmes. Responsibility for Apprenticeship End-Point Assessment quality assurance sits outside this role. The Lead Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) will support IQAs, assessors, and trainers, promoting a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organisation.
