JB503: Lead Internal Quality AssurerLocation: HullSalary: £40,990 per annumOverview:First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Lead Internal Quality Assurer on behalf of one of our clients.You will be responsible for organising and maintaining the internal quality assurance processes across the organisation s training and assessment provision.Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.Duties and Responsibilities for the Lead Internal Quality Assurer: The role ensures that assessment decisions are fair, valid, reliable, consistent and that provision meets the requirements of awarding organisations EAL, City and Guilds, ECITB, TWI, JTL (CompEx), Pearsons EDEXCEL Higher National Programs and Apprenticeships. End point assessment provision sits separately to this role with the Head of Higher Nationals Programmes and Field Team Manager respectively.The Lead IQA provides support to IQAs, assessors and trainers, embedding a strong quality culture and driving continuous improvement. Skills and Qualifications for the Lead Internal Quality Assurer: The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role within an education setting preferably with an engineering background.Must have good craft/technical skills, good interpersonal skills, basic computer skills and more than five years in a similar role.To be successful the candidate must hold a recognised IQA qualification (eg Level 4 Award in the ..... full job details .....
