Overview
As part of our UK HR team, you will lead the HR service provision for Turner and Townsend across Infrastructure, Defence and Energy and Natural Resources.Responsibilities
Design and deliver the People strategy in partnership with Turner and Townsend senior leadership team.Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, providing robust commercial advice and guidance on policy and process, recommending appropriate solutions.Strong project management experience of end to end TUPE processesDrive insights via data and reporting to inform business decision makingShape, influence, manage and deliver a broad range of People projects, change initiatives and calendar activities, under the UK people strategy.Managing (direct and matrix) a team of People Business Partners and AdvisorsManage talent and succession planning with key operational stakeholders.Produce people related reports, in-depth data analysis and visual presentations and provide ad hoc management information to senior stakeholdersBehaviours

Human resources degree or equivalentExperience of People Business Partnering with senior management in a generalist HR roleExperience working in a fast paced and matrixed organisation.Benefits
