      <description>Location: Fareham | Salary: &amp;pound;33670/annum | Type: Permanent | We''re working with a well-established organisation in Fareham who are looking for a confident  Lead HR Advisor  to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on with Employee Relations while also stepping into a leadership-facing role.  You''ll be working closely with two HR Advisors and acting as a key point of contact for managers on all things ER.        What you''ll be doing:    Leading on a wide range of  Employee Relations cases  (disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance)  Providing clear, practical guidance to managers on  UK employment law   Supporting and mentoring  two HR Advisors , helping develop their capability  Partnering with stakeholders to improve people processes and consistency across both sites  Ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied fairly and effectively         What we''re looking for:    Solid  ER experience  with confidence managing cases end-to-end  Strong knowledge of  UK employment law  and best practice  Natural leadership qualities - able to support, guide, and influence others  A proactive, approachable style with strong communication skills  Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, operationa...</description>
