Lead HR Advisor
We''re working with a well-established organisation in Fareham who are looking for a confident Lead HR Advisor to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on with Employee Relations while also stepping into a leadership-facing role.You''ll be working closely with two HR Advisors and acting as a key point of contact for managers on all things ER.
