Lead HR Advisor

Lead HR Advisor We are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Lead HR Advisor to join our HR team and take end-to-end responsibility for HR activity across a dedicated area of the business. Acting as the primary HR contact, you will provide trusted advice to managers and employees, manage complex employee relations matters and work closely with HR Operations to ensure an efficient, accurate and compliant HR service. Key Responsibilities Act as the main HR point of contact for your designated business area. Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and capability. Provide practical, commercially focused advice on complex and sensitive people matters. Coach and support managers on effective people management and the consistent application of HR policies. Oversee HR operational activity, ensuring onboarding, contracts, changes and leavers are completed accurately and on time. Act as the escalation point for HR operational queries and identify opportunities for process improvement. Ensure HR activity complies with UK employment legislation and company policies. Support HR projects, change initiatives and policy development. Provide HR data, metrics and insight to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
