One day you might be helping shape the future direction of the HPC environment, the next you''re guiding the team through a complex technical challenge, improving services for users, or working directly with researchers to understand what''s needed to support the next phase of their work. Alongside the technical side, you''ll also play an important leadership role. You''ll help drive best practice, support colleagues, oversee operational delivery and act as a key point of contact across the organisation.
