The business delivers private projects across East Anglia, including high-end domestic retrofit, self-build homes and larger new-build developments. They are seeking a Lead Heat Pump Engineer to manage a self-sufficient installation team comprising the Lead Engineer and a Junior Engineer. The role is predominantly site-based across East Anglia, with most work in Suffolk, and offers the potential to progress into a senior position supporting the Technical Director.
