We''re working with a well-established engineering company based in Rugby that''s known for delivering high-value, technically challenging CNC solutions. Supplying components to sectors including Aerospace, Automotive, Oil & Gas and more, they''re now investing in growth and innovation — and looking for an experienced Lead Hand CNC Milling Programmer to join the team.
 
What you''ll be doing:

• Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines
• Lead hand duties to include; Liaising with Shop Floor manager, Task allocation, Material Coordination, Process optimization, trouble shooting.
• Using both online and offline programming methods
• Working on a DMU 80 machining center
• Interpreting technical drawings and working independently
• Using Fanuc to ensure precision and quality

What we''re looking for:

• A technically skilled CNC professional with strong experience in milling
• Minimum 10 years'' Engineering experience
• Online programming - Follow and change programs
• Confident with Fanuc programming and modern machining techniques
• Self-motivated, organised, and detail-focused
• Excellent communication and team skills
