About the role As Lead Graphic Designer, you''ll lead visual design across our digital storefronts, brand campaigns and commercial packaging. You''ll turn commercial goals into strong creative work, build and maintain scalable Figma design systems, prepare technical print artwork, and bring generative AI tools into everyday design production. What you''ll be doing Design systems, digital and packaging Building, scaling and managing Figma component libraries, responsive grids and design tokens across digital, marketing and print Turning campaign briefs into complete visual suites across e-commerce, performance marketing, retail packaging and point-of-sale Overseeing packaging and print pre-press, including cutter guides, material specifications and CMYK and Pantone colour profiling Setting the visual hierarchy and asset standards for category landing pages, balancing design with user journeys, accessibility and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) Leading the team Building strong working relationships across the design team and wider business Giving day-to-day guidance and creative direction to designers, and helping remove blockers Supporting team growth through regular feedback, ..... full job details .....
