Lead generator (SaaS)

Our client is a fast-moving B2C SaaS start-up on a mission to transform how landlords manage their properties. They''re growing quickly and now looking for a Leads Generator to join their team and help fuel their next phase of expansion.
As a Leads Generator, you''ll be the engine that drives new business opportunities. You''ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospective customers, with a strong focus on the property sector. A background in lettings or estate agency will give you a head start, as you''ll already speak the language of landlords and agents.
Key Responsibilities Leads Generator:
- Research, identify, and target potential customers in the landlord and property management space.
- Proactively reach out via calls, emails, and social channels to generate interest.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
- Track and meet weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities.
Key skills for the Leads Generator:
- Experience in lettings, estate agency, or property sales is highly desirable.
- Previous B2B or B2C lead generation experience (SaaS experience desired).
- Confident communicator who can quickly build rapport and trust.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.
- Organised, with strong attention to detail and CRM experience.
