Role: Lead GeneratorLocation: CoventrySalary: £25,300 plus commissionFull Time Hybrid WorkingMorgan Parkes Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Lead Generator on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation within the flooring sector.This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy Commercial Sales and Excellence team where as a Lead Generator you will play a key role in supporting customers through the early stages of their buying journey. Acting as the first point of contact following flooring sample requests, as a Lead Generator you will help nurture enquiries into qualified sales opportunities for the Flooring Experts team.This position offers hybrid working, with 3-4 days per week based in the Coventry office. Full time hours are based on a 37.5-hour week working either 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm on a rota basis. The RoleContact customers following flooring sample requests to gather feedback and understand requirements Provide knowledgeable product guidance and answer customer queries Support customers throughout their decision-making journey Arrange follow-up calls, consultations and appointments for the sales team Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities Maintain accurate CRM records and customer interactions Work collaboratively with internal departments to deliver a seamless customer experience Build trusted customer relationships while delivering a world-class service About YouStrong communication and interpersonal skills Professional and confident ..... full job details .....
