Location: Hybrid 3 days WFH 2 days onsite in Milton Keynes
Rate: -14.77 per hour
Duration: 12-month temporary contract - with review to extend
Hours: Weekly rotating shifts, 9am - 5:30pm / 11am - 7:30pm

We''re recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation for a Lead Generation Retail Specialist to join a high-performing customer engagement team.

The Role

As a Lead Generation Retail Specialist, you''ll be the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers, engaging with them through outbound calls and live chat. Your role will be to understand customer needs, provide helpful guidance, and generate high-quality sales leads for a nationwide retail network.

Working within FCA and GDPR regulations, you''ll deliver a consultative customer experience while contributing to ambitious lead generation targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing customers via outbound telephone and live chat.
• Build rapport quickly and identify customer requirements.
• Generate quality sales leads for the retailer network.
• Provide accurate information on vehicles, products and available offers.
• Ensure all customer interactions comply with FCA and GDPR requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records and lead information.
• Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service and quality.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and the retailer network.

About You

We''re looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience in a sales, customer service or lead generation role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence working towards performance and conversion targets.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to compliance.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Experience in a regulated sales environment (desirable).
• Knowledge of the automotive industry (desirable but not essential).
