Lead Generation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to generate new business leads and set appointments for the sales team
• Engage with prospective clients via phone calls, emails, and social media platforms in both English and Spanish
• Qualify inbound inquiries by assessing client needs and matching them with our solutions
• Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions within CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies and improve lead quality
• Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and move leads through the sales funnel
• Track and report on lead generation metrics to optimize outreach efforts and achieve team goals

Experience

• Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles, preferably within a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent tools for managing contacts and tracking interactions
• Ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively over the phone and via email
• Demonstrated success in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting sales pipelines
• Knowledge of sales processes, lead qualification techniques, and customer relationship management best practices
