Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider.

We are currently recruiting for a Lead Generation Specialist to join their team.

While this is technically a telesales position, the focus is on high-level business development and strategic outreach.

No previous experience or specific industry training is required. They are looking for the right attitude—someone with a can-do attitude who is hungry to succeed. You will report directly to the Group’s PPC & Lead Generation Manager


In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £24,000.

This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm

Reporting to the Lead Generation Manager your responsibilities will include:

•  Identify and reach out to potential clients within our target sectors through professional cold calling and tailored emailing.
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipelines
• Proactively contact existing or dormant customers to explore new requirements and maintain strong group-wide relationships.
• Build rapport with industry professionals and key decision-makers to expand our market reach.

The ideal candidate:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential; you must be comfortable speaking with professionals at all levels.
• A "hunter" mentality with the persistence to overcome objections and stay motivated in a high-activity environment.
• Confident in managing a high volume of outbound activity (calls and emails) while maintaining accurate records.
• Eager to be a founding member of a new team and contribute to a positive, high-energy office culture.
