Sales and Lead Qualification Specialist Location: Flexible / Remote with occasional time required at location (UK BASED ONLY) Job Type: Part-time, Permanent Salary: £17.00 - £18.00 per hour, depending on experience Bonus: 10% on warm lead generation targets Join our team at Huntsham Heritage Meats, where we rear and butcher heritage breed meat, supplying to a diverse range of clients including restaurants and caterers. We are looking for a part-time Sales and Lead Qualification Specialist to help grow our trade customer base by identifying and qualifying new business leads. Day-to-day of the role: Receive weekly briefs outlining target segments, areas, and priorities. Work flexibly up to 20 hours per week, managing your schedule to fit the needs of the role. Conduct research on prospects within the specified segments and areas. Make initial contact with potential clients via phone and email, introducing our heritage breed range. Qualify each prospect against agreed criteria such as fit with our range, price point, order volume, and frequency. Hand over qualified leads with detailed notes to the Sales Executive or Commercial Director. Maintain accurate and current records in our CRM system. Provide feedback on market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback. Support the broader Sales Team by handling inbound sales calls during specified hours.
