This is a hands-on role focused on outbound lead generation, prospecting and appointment setting . Your main responsibility will be to speak with potential clients, introduce our services, identify opportunities and book qualified meetings for the Head of Business Development. This is not a traditional hard-sales role . We are looking for someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, building rapport quickly and having professional conversations with people across the construction and built-environment sectors. You will be working from a structured target list and will be expected to consistently generate new conversations and meetings for the wider BD team.
