We are currently representing a well-established and highly regarded electrical supplier that manufactures and distributes a broad range of facilities-related products. Their core customer base includes major retail groups and businesses within the general construction sector. Known for their dependable service and capacity to handle high-volume orders, they provide tailored distribution solutions that meet the operational demands of both commercial and industrial clients.





Description

Key responsibilities will consist of:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads to support the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure effective communication with prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead data.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities within the retail industry.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to meet targets.
  • Provide detailed reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure a positive experience.
  • Work closely with other departments to align on business objectives.

Profile

A successful Lead Generation specialist should have:

  • Proven experience in lead generation or a related role, ideally in the retail industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential customers.
  • A proactive and organised approach to managing tasks and responsibilities.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and identify new opportunities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data management.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment in Manchester.
