Lead Gardener Care Home: Head Office Hours per week: 40 Salary: 28k - 35k Dependent on Experience About the role: We are currently seeking a competent and friendly Lead Gardener to join our facilities team. You will be in charge of maintaining and enhancing the overall look of the gardens and grounds for a residential property in the local area, which includes mowing the lawns, trimming hedges, and tending to flower beds. As the Lead Gardener, you will be responsible for propagation management and plant health management, and ensuring greenhouses are tended to, as well as managing a team of gardeners.
